Website information and inquiry interfaces do not themselves confirm an order, payment or account. A quotation, agreed scope, deadline, deliverables, revisions and price are confirmed in writing.

Prices and CityHelp

Published starting prices are indicative. CityHelp benefits require verification of an eligible active card and the specific service terms. Advertising budgets, hosting, domains and third-party licences are included only if stated in the quotation.

Payment and performance

Work starts after written acceptance and the agreed advance where applicable. No online payments are accepted on this website. Mandatory consumer rights and our cancellation policy apply.

Revisions and rights

The quotation defines included revisions. Changes in scope can change the price and deadline. Final-use rights, source files and third-party licences are agreed in writing; unused concepts are not automatically transferred. Clients must hold the rights needed for materials they supply.
